New version, now linked with last PATRIUS V4.4 version.

Known bugs of this version:

When the computation exits in error mode due to the OperaException type (typically if there is a problem when reading TLE), the management of such exception leads to a definitve exit without going on computation for next Norad Ids.

OPERA does not correctly taake into account PatriusDataSet and the App configuration file for some batch configurations (for "SEARCH ONLY" options).

The configuration file OPERA_CONFIGURATION (including all the by default configurations) is not correctly read if the name of a directory will start by "/".
