There are a great number of parameters to tune the OPERA computations depending on the previous chosen options (reentry simulation, manoeuvers detection, ...). Originally, these parameters have been defined inside a properties file. IN GUI mode, the content of such properties file is accessible with by default values read from a file included in the jar file.
First there is two possible mode : Standard and Advanced.
The first one only allows a restricted numbers of data to be changed, the other ones being displayed for information but not modifiable.
On the other side, the Advanced mode allows modifying each kind of parameters
